Let's say my neighbor and I have land in the same section.  They are drilling a well in our section on my neighbor's property.  The company that holds my lease is not the same company doing the drilling.  Will I be entitled to benefits from this well?

thanks for the replies.  My example scenario was hypothetical so I can't give you a specific case (but thanks for trying to help).  I was just wondering if there is a function in Sonris that would display LUW size and location details, or instead is this  information buried somewhere at the court houses?

If you know the field code number and the unit name, you can look up the Field Order creating the unit in the state database.   Even quicker is to know the docket number of the unit application that resulted in the Field Order.   Field Orders are not on file at the courthouse.

pip, use this link and under Search By choose to search by field name or operator.

thank you.

It's a relatively new feature and still has a few bugs.  Sometimes it works fine, sometime not.

Skip, I assume this is a different link than the one below.  Can you post this link?

thanks

pip, I don't have a clue which link you are referring to.

where you say if you know the field code and unit name you can look up the Field Order.  I wasn't sure if that is a different link than the one you posted.

There was no link "below" so that threw me.  The link I posted is the easier of the two means to look up unit information.  Use that and let me know if you need more help.
