It has been so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I think the group is keeping the rumors we have heard to ourselves. Maybe someone knows when SWN has to report the results...

Barbara, SWN hasn't filed a completion report on the Garrett well as of today.  That will give you some idea of how long it may be before a completion report is filed for the BML.  I think the best bet is for an announcement from SWN in a press release or at their next presentation.  There is no upcoming presentation date listed on the SWN website so it may be a while.  For those who wish to get email notice of scheduled presentations you can go to the SWN website and sign up for "Upcoming Events" under "Events & Presentations".  Considering the poor track record of prior BD rumors it's probably best not to post them.

I wish I could hear a rumor every now and then just to keep my hopes alive and interest peaked.  Seems like everybody has been ridiculed into keeping their mouth shut for fear of looking like an idiot.  Too bad!!!!

Was told yesterday the BML at just 360/ BBLs day. Not good.

Lateral is 4,581 ft and is producing 360bopd where Garrett lateral was 5,590ft making 200bopd. Is that correct?

The Garrett well was producing of 301bopd and rising (plus the additional nat. gas) from a 6,536 foot lateral.  So, it seems that the BML numbers of 360 BBL's from a 4,581 ft. lateral  would be an improvement...

 

Regarding the Garrett well's performance, this is from SWN's website:

The company’s second well, the Garrett 7-23-5H #1 located in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana, was drilled to a vertical depth in February 2012 of approximately 10,863 feet with a 6,536-foot horizontal lateral and was completed with 19 fracture stimulation stages. After 48 days of flowing up casing, this well’s highest 24-hour producing rate to date was 301 barrels of 52o API oil per day, 1,700 Mcf per day and 2,200 barrels of water per day (55% of load recovered to date). As of May 3rd, the company was running tubing in the well and believed that the rate could continue to increase until approximately 65% of the fluid load is recovered, which is estimated at the end of May.

??? What does this mean?  Are you pricy to choke size, current pressures, current water cut, chorine % of formation water as opposed to frac water, total fluid used in the frac, hours on line, and storage capacity?  Not much though?  Seems like you know something you are holding back from the group.  

Facts only, please. Let us know what "Not much though" means?  You make a definitive statement that demands the facts to support your comment.  We are all interested in what you seem to know.
