Help! I am the "Newbie" from California

Hello~ I am the "Newbie from California"...does anyone have any land near Sect 32 T23N R5W? I recently got an offer from Pinebelt. Can anyone let me know how this area is doing? My offer is for $6000.00 with a $300 dollor bonus/acre and 1/5 royalty. I would love to get some info....I'm not too educated on this oil and gas lease stuff :)

Welcome to GHS.We have land in S6 T23 6W,which is probably 10 miles away,and $300 bonus 20% royalty is the going offer.I don't quite understand the 6k unless you have 20 acres and that is the total bonus amount.Also what was the term of the lease,4/4 ?Good Luck!!
