I live in Texas so I feel as though I'm outside looking in. I own 61 acres in DeSoto Sects 20 and 21, T11N R11W. I have current offer but feel the offer is LOW and do not trust the landman. Furthermore, other surrounding landowners have already signed with him so I'm worried I may be too late to pursue other offers.

Does anyone know of anyone still offering leases in these sections? Or can you direct me to where to find contact info regarding leases?
