I just recently found this site and I'm hoping to learn a little more before signing on the dotted line, but it seems like you're dinged if you do, and dinged if you don't. Offers have been slow for us too but I will pass on anything I hear.
I just sent email to XTO Energy to see if they have anyone in our area who is interested in making an offer. You might do the same.... http://www.xtoenergy.com/en/contact.html
We would like to go visit the area, but it is too hot this time of year. We're waiting until the Fall. We have part of the old Taylor Homestead hear Grove Hill Cemetery in Section 12.
Well we dodged another storm today. We got about 2 inches of rain and some wind.
Where in Texas are you located?
Keep in touch and if we receive another offer, I'll let you know.
