I got a call from a landman who wanted to confirm that I own my property and asked if anyone had contacted me about a lease within the past three to six months. This is the first call I've received about a potential lease. He said he may contact me again in a month or so if his client gives him authorization to lease. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
