Am curious as to the average lease offers in Lincoln. Over the past year, have signed offers at $350 per acre and am hearing offers as high as $850 per acre now. Entertaining an offer just received, higher than what I would have thought, and would like opinions on 1/4 royalty vs 1/5 in the offer. We were offered 1/5.
