I have 10.429 in the R Bennington A-24 & A 25 and T Gillespie Survey A 169 which is up for re-lease soon. Have been offered $175/ac bonus for 3 yrs w/$200 bonus on 2 yr option renewal; 1/5 royalty? Does this sound reasonable? Dont much like to go with option extensions. Appreciate any opinions. Not sure what is going on in that area. Thanks

Sorry Ronald, I forgot that no one was home in the Marion County Group when this was originally posted. All the comments to the discussion were on the same topic in the North Caddo Group. Link follows. Also check out the discussion there on the Bohnert well.

Earth to Marion County. Earth to Marion County Group, come in. LOL! Your group finally has a well to discuss and you are AWOL. A little "Bossier Shale" anyone? What is Forest up to? Time to get off the bench and get in the game.

Is there any leasing or drilling activity occurring in Marion County? My sister and I have just inherited land and are currently being approached regarding leasing about land around the C Willard Survey. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
