On the northern TMS periphery. Stone Energy, rumored to be partnering with McMoRan(see Kirk Barrell segment on rumors on his blog) lease footprint extends into SW Franklin Co.. Several brokers are trying to lease large areas of the county but of course will not say who they represent. Anyone have insight?
