The board is drawing a line in the sand for TMS operators that have failed to follow certain pooling regulations  in their rush to lock up land positions.

I am primarily talking about lawsuits that could occur if the Board does not make the operators comply retroactively with the rules on all the existing units and permits already approved by the MSOGB. They also need to define some of the requirements, like "drill in in a timely fashion" and define what a reasonable offer of lease means.
