I received an offer yesterday on some minerals in Wayne County and was wanting to know if anyone has any information about what might be going on in the area. My minerals are in 10N 6W sections 11-14. The initial offer was for $150 per acre bonus, 1/5 royalty for a 3 year lease with a 2 year option. Anyone else had offers? They were also interested in some minerals in Clarke County (1N 14E sec 16 & 21) and offered the same. Any other info would be greatly appreciated.
