Activity at the Summers Well Site.

I recently did a walk over of my place south of Lake Muvaul and while there I drove over to the Summers Well site to see if any activity was taking place. The gate to the site was locked but I could see a derrick from the road. Can anyone tell me what is happening there. It should be completed by now.
