why is everyone going to bethard? if you wait, the companies will come to you. don't rush it. It pays to wait. Once the rigs that are being drilled now start paying, then you will have calls on your answering machine and people knocking on your door everyday. They will contact you.

I have RRP property but I live out of state. No phone, no pool, no pets at that address so no one can contact me there.
However, I'm really not in any hurry to make a deal. Just wondered if there were rumors of activity in that area yet.
