Offers as of 7/24 in Section 23

What are some of the recent offers people have received in Section 23 of RR parish? Also, if anyone has signed in this section, what was the bonus and percentage? I am just trying to get an idea of the interest in this area. My land is in 14N, 9W. Thanks in advance.

First of June was around $6K/25% in 14/11. The Bolin well in 14N,11W is supposedly producing 15MMCFD so I would think that things are about to heat up around there. Good luck.
