Anyone know who is having this pad built? its right off of Hwy 71 and can be seen from the road!

That well is the Encana Jimmy Gay 16 H 1 well. DNR Serial Number 239728, API Number 17081210100000. The proposed directional has it drilling due west from the surface location. SONRIS says it spudded on June 9th.
