Yes, we've been offered money, but they are still not sure of where they are going with the pipe. It may stop at the well site(to be) in S25 or keep going through the section line of 25/36, so this isn't going across the driveway, it would be in the middle of the property. We are still waiting to hear from them to see where they are going to stop the line. Will let you know.

Hi BJ. Just checking in haven't talked to you in a while. How are things in your neck of the woods? Seems like everything has slowed down. I saw the upstream.com article about Petrohawk drilling alot in 2010 to protect lease investments, but I haven't heard from them. Our lease will be up in march 2011. so who knows. Haven't heard anymore from the pipeline either. We just got one letter saying they might go across our property. Anyway best of luck to you Hope to hear from you soon. Jaretta

Hey. We haven't heard anything else either from the pipeline. A lot of activity just a couple miles north of us, so maybe it won't be long. Don't think you'll have to worry about being leased again, I think they will drill before then. But then, what do I know! Good hearing from you.

Well I guess I'm just leaving it to a I will believe it when I see it. The economy has really put a damper on things. ialways believe things will happen if they were meant to be. Good luck talk to you soon

Just got word that the pipeline has orders to lay pipe to the well location (no pad yet) on 25-12-9.

Hi BJ! Long time no talk. I guess that would be good news. I guess the anxiety of it all turns in to frustration because of the slow process. But I'm sure it will all happen in due time. So is there still plans to drill on your in laws land. It's been a long time since any word on that. This whole process is strange. Never know what is going on. Anyway if you hear any news keep me in mind. Wishing you and your family well. Jaretta
