Hi Charles,
Note that Joey and I are S7-T12N-R8W. I am presuming you are a Encana/Shell joint venture up in S5 too, but don't know it for sure (I only found out in the last week that royalties would be split on the S7 well myself). But I think your well actually came in ahead of ours (ours came in on 9/1, in sonris just this last week), so you all should be well into the paperwork at Encana - perhaps cutting checks ahead of division orders too, but check with them. I was very impressed by how "customer"-oriented they were - truly wanting to be helpful.

Got a hold of Shell. She looked me up in the system. Said that I am in 'pay status', which is good, but she cannot see any payments going out as of today from them to me. Said we could start receiving payments before division orders are received. Said there was a ton of them printed and sent out yesterday. Not sure if we were in that batch or not. That's all I've find out from Shell at this time. I'll maybe call back next week to see if there are any updates.

Received Division Orders from Shell today. Looks pretty straight forward. Love the fact that they offer direct deposit of the royalty monies. Will hopefully get money from them this month, too. Everything seems to be finally coming together.

Received check from Encana today for their 50% of September's production. Sent back Division Orders from Shell, so hopefully we will get a check from them, too, before month-end.
