I have been contacted to allow a pipeline installed across my property in Section 13 in North East Red River Parish.
I live in central Mexico and don't know very much of what is going on regarding the Haynesville Shale. Not knowing at the time of the original lease I signed , my neighbor received 7-1/2 times the lease money that I signed for.
Does anyone know the of pros and cons of allowing a pipeline to cross your property. Also, what should the compensation be to allow this.
I also need a name of a lawyer in the area that specializes in Oil and Gas related items, if anyone knows one. I think I need profesional advise.
Thanking you in adavance,
John McWilliams
