I have heard about so many permits for all these wells on certain sections, but do anyone have any information on section 29 t12n r9w section. Will one of these well permit be for this section?

Jennie, there are no Haynesville Shale well permits for Section 29.
Do they dig without having well permits?
Carolyn, no - the State does not allow the operator to drill a well without an approved drilling permit.
Les, do you know if any permits have been issued for Section 10, Township 11 Range 9? Also, from your perspective how well situated is section 10?

Amel, there has not been a Haynesville Shale well permitted for your Section 10.  There has been a well drilled and completed about 2 miles north of you in S34-T12N-R9W but the test results have not yet been released.  I believe your section is in a good location but the well results from the Section 34 well should be a good indicator of your area.
