my family and i own 80 acres in cherokee county. today we got an offer to lease mineral interest for $200 an acre. Does anyone know the going leasing rate for this area right now??

Vince Brigham made the offer. I believe he is a landman that works for a Big oil company. the offer is on survey A-847. 200 per acres w/ 1/5th royalty in Cherokee County
