Is Chesapeake having problems just in Sabine County or is a possible larger issue? Ran across a Sept  article discussing Chesapeake nearing completion of well  they had given a tour of  back on June 21.  Well was West Spoon Haynesville well in Sabine County.  According to TXRRC, it appears he well still has not been completed.   Here's the link to the article ,  http://tylerpaper.com/article/20110918/BUSINESS01/309189998

The article link?  I just tried it and it worked for me but it did take a while to load.
I was offered a lease in sabine co  in Brookeland, by endeavor, anyone have any info what they are offering. I need a oil, gas lawyer to look at it.
Joe, I would suggest you try to find out what their target is. I think it would be a good decision to have an attorney look at the lease & offer.
