Took these photos today of this facility. Still lots of activity on the site.
I saw possibly one compressor. Was the entire 20 acres utilized? This tract is only 1 mile from the western shore of Toledo Bend, possibly also a super pad for drilling under the lake?
Bryan, I would estimate 12 to 15 acres was cleared and site prepped and that the facilities occupy about 5 ac. I was told by the contractor that the remaining area was for potential "future expansion". Doubt seriously that they would drill on this location.
