Terry... Is Lone Star Land just doing the pipeline right of way for Boulevard Gas, et al or are they leasing minerals?

As far as I know they are just doing the right of way. I don't own any mineral rights in that area so I don't really know.

I just called and they are not renewing our lease in Sabine County on the Chesapeak well...Is anyone else looking at leases? they told me we were free to lease with anyone as on the 18th of August 2011.
