Unit Size

How many acres comprise a unit for the completed gas wells? And what is the usual owners' share for royalty payments?

Units are typically 640 acres for vertical wells, there will be a lot of horizontal wells in the Haynesville play, units could be 1,920 acres. Royalties in the hot areas are running 20%
