The Cassell 35 well, in Twp 9N Rng 14 West, Sec 35 is in production.  What is the size of

this unit, as I understand they are by sections...where can I find this documentation? We have some acreage within 200 ft of this well in Sec 35 and Eagle oil says we are not in unit..

Any advice... thanks...  S/N 240817

Do you mean #240817 or the second one Eagle drilled? The first one is a huge unit, all or nearly all under the lake. Unit is well over 1,000 acres. I don't know as much about the second, as I don't have an interest in it, but my understanding is it went north, from same pad, also under the lake on the lateral. You can pull up unitizations on SONRIS, but I don't remember how I got to them.

Rickey,  Eagle Oil Unit HA RA SUM is 1567 acres being a portion of Section 35, all of Section 34 and a portion of Section 33.  Here is a link to the Unit Order which includes a plat.
