What is the current bonus and royalty being paid in the Zwolle area?

Gerald, we have had no recent reports of lease terms.  Back around the first of the year I had reports of royalty of 20% to 22.5% and bonus in the range of $1000 to $1500/acre.  Those were early leases for large acreages and there is no such thing as a "going rate".  Each instance is unique.  

Now that we know the IP data for the Ensight well, lease terms may improve but that depends on proximity to the well and the tract acreage.  I would say be patient and don't go looking for a lease.  That is a sure fire way to get a low ball offer.  If the decline curve on the well looks good, it will inspire more leasing and hopefully competition for leases.  That could put minerals in the right location with quarter royalty terms from operators.  I don't expect bonus offers to exceed $2k/acre until and unless competition for leases heats up.  Watchful waiting is my advice at this time.

I have not seen the IP for the Ensight Blakely well.  The IP i posted was for the Iron Horse well in the Many Pendleton Field.  But the Ensight well is only a few sections over to the West.  

Skip if you do find the IP for the Blakely please post it and I have heard it was a good well also.
