The $3000 may be in there but why take 1/5 when 1/4 seems to be the norm?

Pinnacle Oil & Gas is not an E&P company. The do not "operate". They are a land company. They may be leasing for a real operator or speculating on their own dime. They will take the 5% differential between a fifth and a quarter royalty as part of their profit. They will not drill a well.

Skip the Pinnacle that I know operates wells and they have all kinds of stuff in Sabine and DeSoto parishes.

Hey, Two Dogs. You refer to Pinnacle Operating as opposed to Pinnacle Oil & Gas. And that could be the company RR is referring to however Pinnacle Operating has a relatively small number of total wells listed on SONRIS and no HA wells. They may be attempting to acquire additional leases around their existing HBP acreage in order to farmout the deep rights.

I HAVE SOME LAND IN SABINE PARRISH NEAR ESTO LANDING ON THE LAKE. CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF ANY ACTIVITY IS HAPPENING AROUDN THEIR.
