Swepi lease
My Dads lease if up in August, a 3 year lease with 2 year option. It has been unitized and
sesmic work done. Does this mean anything and or can Swepi tell me if they are planning a well on this property or no plans at all? T8 R11 Section 4 & 9. How do you contact Swepi?

More than likely, if they are interested in drilling, you will know because they will excercise the 2 year additional option. You will be paid within 90 days prior to the expiration of the lease. If they don't exercise the option, that is a pretty sure bet they are passing on drilling.
