T-9n R-11w Sec. 32 leasing options

I was contacted last week to lease 10+ ac in or near Belmont.  If your lease is coming to an end or if you want to join up with us to get better pricing please let us know if you want to pool our land together and get the best lease. If not we might stay Unleased Mineral Owners (aka:UMO).

the location is T9n-R11w-Sec.32. We are shooting for as much as we can.

John:  I have 182 acres sect. 36, 9N 11W.  Maybe a little too far east, but I am interested in leasing

Sorry but I need there around Belmont.

But with 182 ac. You should be able to get a good bargaining position with that much land.

I will keep you in mind if things start towards sec 36.
