The latest report for well 243536, section 4-8-12, says drilling, problem with 7 5/8 casing. Is this something that the drilling crew can resolve? Also, there are several references to BOP testing. Do all wells have this testing, this is the first time I have seen it in a report.

BOP testing is normal and required. Casing problems really depends on the type of problem encountered, as to who is responcable for correcting it.
