P-12s

Exco's permits for IRONOSA SU and PHILLIPS SU seem to have conflicting
P-12s.
Eight properties on the west line of IRONOSA SU join those same properties on the east line of PHILLIPS SU. All eight are leased on IRONOSA SU'S P-12 but five are un-leased on PHILLIPS SU'S P-12.

How can both be right?
If EXCO has it wrong is that any reason for concern or is it maybe simple typo's that division orders will fix ?

It's an interesting question. Why don't you use the "contact" link, found on the very bottom of any W-1 page, and ask RRC to explain it. It may take a week or more to get a rely but I have had good luck getting answers that way.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
