Exco Resources closes on Haynesville Shale buy
Wednesday, May 19, 2010, 8:44am CDT

Exco Resources and BG Group has closed on its $446 million acquisition of Haynesville Shale assets.

Dallas-based Exco Resources made the buy from Houston-based Common Resources LLC, which divvied up its $805 million operation between Exco, BG Group and Talisman Energy Inc.
