Joe Ed, that well has been producing since December.  If you haven't received Division Orders yet, maybe you should call them.  The well could be in suspense for some reason but I'd sure want to know why.

Royalty Interest

All matters regarding royalty issues should be addressed to or by phoning EOG and asking for the Royalty Interest department at (713) 651-7000 or 1 (877) 363-3647. The Royalty Interest department direct line is (713) 651-6552.

It is possibly the same well.  The only other wells with "McKinney" in the name are Cabot (James Lime and Pettit) wells named Forbus-McKinney.  The EOG McKinney 1H is a Haynesville well.

Production on Clark #1-H, where I have an interest, began in November 2010.  I received a first royalty check at the end of April 2011, and the Division Order was dated and sent the same week.  I am told this is fairly quick paperwork in the industry, but I have no other experience.

The link might not work.  If you Google "TLMA royalty law" you'll find some pretty good information.

Joe Ed, What is the unit acreage up to now? It was 905+ the last time I checked. I talked to a landman about another property in Denning, and he said they were getting the paperwork together for the McKinney well. It has been in production since Dec. and has reported sales each month.
Out of curiousity, where exactly is ths McKinney well located?

I am Bernadine McKinney Riner, I would very much like to know what McKinney well you are

referring to.  I am not receiving anything under this well either.  My property has only been

leased to Cabot Oil to a certain depth and then BP has that.  Would appreciate your answer

very much.  Farm Market Rd. 711 crosses my property.

Thank-you
