Did Encana lease under the Govt. property down 147 and 103 area? If so what kind of ofset will they have to have. I have property leased to Devon about 200 yards from national forest running from 147 all the way down to turkey creek. any input would be appreciated.

I have property that joins the goverment land on three sides in the same area, north of the maceadonnia cementry.
Our land is unleased, any information would be very helpful.
How much did the goverment land lease for?
Are there any pads being built in this area?
If you have land that joins National Forest land, I might know a good buyer. It just depends on where it is EXACTLY - do you have a Survey name and/or Abstract number (prominently on your deed)?

I know that two wells permitted by St. Mary Energy do include U. S. Forest Service land. Both plats are on line at the RRC site, with detailed lists of the tracts involved:

St. Mary Blackstone PB #1-H, API 419-31498 (this adjoins the Encana Patroon Bayou #1 unit to the north)

St. Mary St. Mary USA Bland Lake No. 1, API 405-30264 (some of my family are in this unit, along with a chunk of the Sabine National Forest)

I hope this helps you.
