Had a lady contact me this morning regarding Crimson OGL in D. Watson Survey A-318. She claimed they bid $2750/ac (not first bid of course). Does this have veracity? My understanding in the area was they were bidding $1,000 or so around city lake back earlier this year. Perhaps this is due to the Encana well?
