What is the best advice for selling mineral rights?
My mother-in-law has mineral rights in San Augustine, and is in her 80s.
She is interested in selling them to fix her house and then move across country
for final retirement. How does she go about listing her mineral rights for sale and
getting bids on them. She does have a lease, and we are currently tracking down a copy
of that.
Thanks for any advice.
