I have some of the acreage that is included in 405-30333 Common Resources- Red River 365 permit.  What does this hold mean?  I tried looking on the RRC site for an answer but didn't really understand what I was reading.

The Statewide Rule 101 changes relating to notice during the tight sands designation application process are summarized as follows:

Operators have responsibility to notify all operators in the appropriate field(s) of their application for Commission certification that all wells located within a specific area and completed in a given formation, or portion thereof, are producing high cost gas from a tight gas formation (e.g. tight gas formation area designation application)

Certification for Severance Tax Exemption or Reduction for Gas Produced from High-Cost Gas Wells
Gene, this permit is under a SWR 37 hold.
