Where's the money?

Is anybody actually leasing, and if so, (FOR SURE) for how much?  I keep hearing about large bonuses over in Landrieu Land, but it seems as if the companies are drilling, drilling ... stuff they already have.

I thought I had an offer from Petrohawk recently, but they disappeared. Has anyone else been approached by HK? Have they shut-down on you, too?
