IS XTO A BONAFIDE COMPANY?

My daughter and I have leased properties in San Augustine, Nacogdoches,

and Shelby counties. We are having incredible problems getting XTO to communicate with us regarding leases acquired by them from Hunt, Bergfeld, and Fossil. Calls are not returned, mail not answered, and appointments with them through our attorneys not kept.

We live in Africa, and the costs of abortive attempts at contact is becoming prohibitive.

Do other shalers have opinions, and above all, suggestions?

Anyone know if any O&G company has leased to anyone in the J Moss (A-31) Survey?

Lori, it could be several months before we know what the IP is on the Borders Q well.  I would guess mid-summer.

So on the Borders Q well, if they are drilling now, how long until I would be able to find out results of the well?  Then how do I know what the results mean to me?

Lori, I just looked and I don't think that well has been drilled yet.  Harding Company did drill a well in San Augustine in 2010 but it was 30380.  I don't find a completion or any production for your well.
