IS XTO A BONAFIDE COMPANY?
My daughter and I have leased properties in San Augustine, Nacogdoches,
and Shelby counties.We are having incredible problems getting XTO to communicate with us regarding leases acquired by them from Hunt, Bergfeld, and Fossil. Calls are not returned, mail not answered, and appointments with them through our attorneys not kept.
We live in Africa, and the costs of abortive attempts at contact is becoming prohibitive.
Do other shalers have opinions, and above all, suggestions?
Anyone with information on two items: #1 the going lease rate in the J/A/ Chireno Survey in Nacogdoches County And #2, any information
on Devib's Griffin Well in San Augustine County? Thanks
