Martha, Crimson has the Grizzly which is complete and the Gobi which should be completing any time now. They will put out a press release when they get an IP on it.

You got to get leased in order to get units :)

Doug, gather all your facts concerning the producing wells, what their IP was and how close they are to your property... for the next lease offer. An informed owner will usually be able to command a higher bonus and better terms. Also, if you don't like the offer, have a figure in mind to counter with. That gives them something to work with rather than just a refusal and having to guess at what your price is. I know you probably already know all of this but it was a good place to reiterate for those who may not.

And I have 22 acres leased to EOG with just over 8 months left just east of the line of the Walters unit.
Also have 6 acres with 4.5 mineral acres in EW Brown just south of the MCKinney unti unleased. Only offer was from EOG at only $850.00 per acre which I declined.

Wish You Knew,
I apologize for the "feature" accusation. I just researched the discussions & it was someone called "Just Saying" not you. If you really are associated with Encana, Oct 3rd we have 12 months left by contract to be included in a unit. Are we going to be? Wish I Knew...
