Going Rate for Damages(Roads & Location Pads)

   

  Does anyone know the current payments for roads across pastures and well location pads?  Thanks for many responses!!!!

My neighbor just took $2700 for a drilling location. When the land is under lease, they don't have to pay you anything unless you can prove that what was taken is more than what is needed. So I guess $2700 is better than nothing.
