We are part of the Roadrunners well in the Castleberry A-113 survey. XTO tells us we haven't heard or gotten division orders because "the well papers are incomplete" what does that mean?  They told us we would get checks by 6 to 9 months. Dec 21st will be 9 months. When we call they say its in the works.  They said they will pay interest from 4 months on but won't tell us when.  Is this normal? Any suggestions on how we can get answers would be greatly appreciated.

The well has been producing since March so I would suspect that they have put it in suspense, probably, until they can clear up questions on the title to all the tracts in the unit. That, and XTO does things in their own sweet time. They will pay you (with interest) eventually, if your title to the minerals is good.
It's Jeri Lynn Williamson again. What companies did you say were drilling in John Buckley A-41 in Shelby County?
We have considerable holdings in John Buckley a-41 also with XTO/EXXON and have had no activity with the initial lease ending in the spring of 11. Does anyone know if any activity is planned?
sorry, messed up the comment. We have considerable holdings in the John Buckley a-41 also. It is with XTO/EXXON and the initial lease is up in spring 11. There has been no activity and i would like to know if anyone has any information on this survey
jffree1,

Do you know at what interest rate the operator pays on suspense funds?
what does in suspense mean? If our title is clear so we still have to wait for someone else to clear? I thought they would pay the clear minerals and hold the ones in question. What are the questions we should be asking? When we talk to XTO owners relations they have no answers for us. "its in the works
is all we get then they cut us off. It is very frustrating. We are in the Roadrunners and Lumberjacks wells with no division papers or answers. We appreciate everything you do. This seems to be our only outlet to vent in. Thanks again for caring enough to answer our questions.
