Anyone have a lease from the 80's that is still receiving royalties?

I have heard that there are leases in the Flournoy Lucas area that were signed in the 80's. These wells are still producing and people are still receivung royalties off of them. Will the existing lease enable Haynesville to be drilled with out signing a new lease since they are different depths?
