Apologies to our negotiating team for my lack of due patience

I must apologize to Jerry Cook and our other hard working people who are earnestly negotiating with Chesapeake Energy (and I'm sure other energy companies) on our behalf. I sincerely appreciate their tireless efforts and do apologize for my 'greedy' impatience. Their time and energy are spent for all of us to procure the best deal that our group as a whole can obtain. I firmly believe that the wait will prove rewarding. Please think about these facts and follow my new mindset to 'chill'

I feel much the same as you must have felt from your apology. IF I CAN FIND OUT that there is something being negotiated, on my behal, I will wait patienly as well. But to date, I cannot understand a thing about this and do not know if anything is being done of not. A simple post by Jerry would do a great deal to relieve the fears of those of us who feel as though we are simply being overlooked. On the date I signed, It was urgent that I get my paperwork in as fast as possible, so I took it to the ice cream store, and since then--a long time ago , aall I have goten is the general newsletter, which really doesn't tell me anything.

Please call me or email me as quickly s possilbe about the progress. Help p[lease.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
