I spoke with CHK today - the well has been producing since April 27th, however, she stated it has only been two weeks and CHK does not post to Sonris or any other website. She was unable to give information regarding the flow, etc but stated Division Orders will go out in 120 days.

I received my marketing agreement in this section yesterday. Shouldn't be much longer.

Scott,

I'm not familiar with a marketing agreement?  Is this something that comes before royalty checks?  I appreciate the info.
