Anyone received any offers in S23 T16N-R15W?

I received a call from a claimed Petrohawk landperson last week. She offered $5,000 per acre and 25% no cost royalty for my 1.5 acres for a 3 year lease. Anyone else been contacted recently?

Section 23 is located in the Keithville area off Jersey Gold.

do you have the contact no. for Petrohawk's leasing agt. We have acreage on Colquitt that is unleased. Got an offer from Chesapeake 3 wks. ago and they backed out the day we were to sign draft. YUK. All of our dealings with Petrohawk and Encana have been great; however this is the 2nd time Chesapeake has done this to us.
