All of our land leased in section 033, 16n-13w appears to
be non productive, and the three wells drilled by EXCO
are not showing results (Debroeck 33).
What happened, Exco will not call me back and inform me
of any progress on their third attempt to drill in this section.
Does anyone have any info that may help?

My guess would be that just before the lease runs out there will be one of the 3 wells be cranked up to hold your lease and you will receive almost nothing in royalties. The other 2 will be there producers and you will receive nothing from them.. They have had well over a hundred years on how to cheat the land owner.. Pass money under the table to the government officials will get what ever they want.. Please keep us informed on any updates

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
