Yes. I signed in October. Just put draft in for collection yesterday. $5000 per acre My lot was $12??.??- -5 years - If you want the guys name let me know.Supposedly for Petrohawk. Don't know about drilling. I may have seen a permit on Sonris but not sure.

Jennifer, people are signing in our neighborhood for the same lease that you stated. I plan to sign as well on Tuesday with Caleb Hawthorn of Manna Acquisitions (225) 328-7916. I don't see the offers getting any better than this, so tell everyone you know in the neighborhood so they won't miss out. He will be in the neighborhood Tuesday.
