With a lot of People in S30, T17N, R15W having leased with Chesapeake and Petrohawk having unitized that section, who will drill? Also, does anyone know where the drill sight will be if they ever decide to drill?

Most sections have multiple lessees. It matters not who they are or how many they are, the company that holds the unit order has the authority to operate (drill) or to designate an operator. Since Petrohawk is a capable operator, I suspect they will choose to do so in this case.
Thanks Skip, bet you get tired of People asking the same ole stupid questions! Now can you get your crystal ball out and tell me when they will drill the well?
Sometimes, but then I just take a vacation from the site for a while. LOL! My crystal ball says Section 30 will be drilled sometime before the expiration date of the oldest leases in the section. I suspect that will next year as there is no existing production in Section 30.
