Hey, I have land in Union Parish which has a pond (Water),new pipeline, etc... which I believe would be ideal for a company to come out and do a wildcat exploration in my area.. Has anyone ever negotiated with a company to have them come out and do a joint venture just to see if it had potential?  I think it would be a win-win for everyone if it hit!!  I'm willing to take the gamble..Just asking?  Your thought?
